Hello and welcome to my website!
I began my career in physical therapy, massage therapy and manual lymphedema therapy in Germany in 2002, where I owned and operated a small practice until 2014. I moved back to the United States in 2015, and shortly thereafter, became a licensed massage therapist.
In 2019, I became a certified manual lymphedema therapist (CLT-LANA) and, in 2021, I earned a Master of Science degree in Maharishi Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine.
I have found it often frustrating, dealing with our fragmented health care system. Doctors do not seem to have enough time, and western medicine often focuses on "protocols" which do not consider the other aspects affecting an individual's health.
Ayurveda recognizes that everyone's path to wellness is unique and it is my purpose to create a plan to help you get there.
